Building Change Through Better Meetings

Trainer: Sonia Silbert, an experienced trainer and consultant living in Brattleboro, VT. She is the former Executive Director of the Washington Peace Center in Washington, D.C., current board member for Training for Change, and current Director for Special Projects of the Center for New Leadership at Marlboro Graduate School.

This class is an interactive training on facilitation tools for activists and social justice workers. The class will cover tools that facilitators can use in small or large groups to have inclusive, dynamic meetings that get things done! Participants will walk away with tips and tricks to facilitate conversations and will develop a deeper understanding of why meetings go written, how that impacts your work as a whole, and how these tools can help.
