How to lead songs of protest and resistance! Complete with harmonies!

In cultures around the world, activists bring about radical improvements in their communities and political landscapes by unifying people through powerful art forms. Group singing is among the most powerful forms of art and one of the greatest organizing tools our world has known. Join Eveline MacDougall, director of Amandla Chorus (since 1988), to celebrate historical successes of freedom music and to gain tools for group singing and EASY song-leading as you, too, agitate and motivate for change. No experience necessary, although musical skill and background are certainly advantageous. Feel free to bring recording device(s). Talking heads can only do so much; sometimes it’s simply best to SING! In doing so, we move hearts and change lives.
