Class description

Parenting children while actively participating in movements for justice challenges us to balance competing demands and needs. How can we work hard for change, nurture our children, and stay sane in the process? Drawing from personal experience and the shared lessons of past and present activists from around the country, this program addresses practical ways for parents to do political work while building secure childhoods and passing on their values to the next generation.
