Class description

In a world of massive media overload and talking heads, listening is a potent and much underrated practice. It can reach across class and racial boundaries, and bring both speaker and listener to a place of ease, embodiment, and calm. This class, Just Listening, begins with a brief introduction followed by several hands-on practices, including listening inwards, listening to friends and allies, and listening to those with whom we disagree.
