If you identify as an introvert who wants to make a difference without burning out, this workshop is definitely for you. If you identify as someone who wants to make activism a bigger part of your life, whether you’re an introvert or not, this workshop will guide you to a path of doing activism your way that is sustainable and satisfying. Discover your activist archetype, find out what kinds of actions are in your natural wheelhouse, learn ways to grow your activist work that don’t cause stress, create a structure that will help you stay in action, and so much more. This two-hour workshop includes a breakout session, journaling prompts to help guide you along your path, a workbook, and more. There is much work to do in the world and we need all hands on deck. Join us to uncover your unique way of making a contribution.

Omkari Williams was born and raised in Manhattan. She believes that our stories connect us beyond barriers, including race, gender, and geography. She is the host of the podcast Stepping Into Truth: Conversations on Social Justice and How We All Get Free, where she interviews people doing activism in their own unique ways. To help people identify their own way of activism, she created the Activist Archetype Quiz©. Omkari describes herself as an optimistic realist who sees the problems we confront and believes deeply in our collective ability to solve them and bring forth a peaceful, healthy, and just world. Her book Micro Activism: How You Can Make A Difference in the World (Without a Bullhorn) will be published in October 2023. She lives in Western Massachusetts.
