Bios

Phyllis works as a graphic messenger helping people and non-profits, who are doing good work in the world, on a shoestring budget. She uses art in service of social justice creating wild installations and performances that explore race and class, and that celebrate community. During the pandemic, she has spent a lot of time in her studio in Holyoke making little shrines.
