Nikai Fondon
Nikai Fondon is a recent college graduate from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in Marketing. Nikai's professional experience with diverse populations and dedication to community change propelled her into the nonprofit industry. She now conducts capacity-building workshops through her NikaiElise brand and continues her brand awareness consulting work with nonprofit organizations and small businesses. She hosts her own podcast called She Did That!; a podcast dedicated to highlighting young women of color leaders in various fields. She commits her free time to teaching Zumba classes in the community. Nikai truly believes in women empowerment, leadership, and education and chooses to use her position in society as a young, Black woman to uplift and encourage others of all backgrounds to become better versions of themselves.
