Booker Bush
Dr. Booker Bush is a 70-year-old Black Man who received his medical degree and training at Yale University. He then pursued a research fellowship at the Harvard Medical School in 1981 and joined the Harvard Medical School faculty in 1983, where he taught Internal Medicine, an approach to patients suffering with addictions, and how to evaluate the medical literature. Booker left Boston in 2009 and is now a Primary Care physician at Baystate Medical Center’s High Street Health Center, where he continues to care for patients and teach University of Massachusetts medical students and trainees in Internal Medicine. Booker is a member of the Human Rights Commission for the City of Northampton, MA, and was also a member of the Northampton Policing Commission.
